That appears to be pure propaganda. HTS, the leading group, has a long history.
This is Ukrainian media attempting to take credit for everything as long as it is against Russia, which is understandable, but let us not attempt to exaggerate their influence in Africa and the Middle East (Which is on the lower end of the spectrum.)

Nonsense. SNA is Turkish trained and HTS is definitely not trained by Ukraine. Ukrainians have had minimal effect in Syria. Their main help comes from weakening Russia in their own war.
I highly doubt they were Ukrainian trained. Ukraine’s frontline is crumbling, Ukrainian conscript have minimal training, they have no resources to dedicate to Syria.
