My wife and I will be moving from Berlin to Luxembourg City this June and I read up on the [50% bicycle subsidy](https://guichet.public.lu/en/citoyens/transports-mobilite/transports-individuels/aides-financieres-acquisition-detention-vehicule/deduction-mobilite-durable-velo.html).
I understand that we would have up to one year from purchase to submit our request, but could we be eligible for it by buying a bike by March 31st while still in Berlin and we submit the application in June when we are officially residents?
Also – since we each will be getting a bike, should we get separate transactions and names associated to them?
Lastly, I read that cantons offer their own subsidies, where can I find a list of them? We will be moving to Luxembourg City.
