5. They can have the butter! North Korea and China are supplying them with plenty of guns.

6. If the choice is between guns and vodka then maybe they will end the war.

7. Starving powerless people in the provinces is a feature not a bug. Putin isn’t even close to Lenin or Stalin in starving his people.
