fascist or fascist Minister (although the chair does tolerate the expression “fascist” used in a general way)

guttersnipe
hypocrite, bloody hypocrites, hypocrisy etc.

scumbag
scurrilous, scurrilous speaker

The document also states that a reference to ‘handbagging’, particularly when speaking about “a lady member of the House” has been deemed to be unparliamentary.

People should also be aware he was a manager on a hilarious (not in a good way) TV show back in the day called “Celebrity bainisteoir” and he brought the members of the team into a music studio to help him record a song. Which was one of the most mortifying things I was ever involved in
