Ive had a open left femur fracture that caused bone to rupture my femoral artery, in all the places the crash could of happened it happened 25 meters from a fire station where paramedics and ambulances are stationed also. I am lucky to be alive as they were there on the scene in a heartbeat, this guy had no chance sustaining open woulds like that.
