It’s not the first kind in the world ? In Germany being a sex worker is a legal profession with the same working rights as others which includes all of those rights…

Prostitution is such a weird thing. In the nordics buying and selling sex is extremely controversial while in central Europe it’s far more normalized. I even see Hans bragging about it online, as if it’s some kind of accomplishment to bribe a woman into fucking you.
I’m glad they’re getting legal (and hopefully rubber) protection, I just hope this doesn’t lead to young people seeing it as a viable career choice.

Little weird to call it the first law of its kind.
Other countries have those kinds of protection by default because it’s simply a job so all the regular laws apply.
