Inflation really is out of hand when a coffee Costa house
Oooo trouble brewing here. Perk up lad, it will get sorted now you’ve expresso’d your displeasure.
He would have got money off if he brought his own reusable cup.
“…which he bought from Persimmon in 2019”
Didn’t need to read anymore after that point.
Keep your gob shut and sell it.
Who knows what a ticking time bomb that house is going to be.
It could be worse it could be Nero
Would not touch Persimmons with a barge pole.
Isn’t it just a outdoor coffee cup holder the builders made?
This is one of the reasons I’ll never buy a new build, or anything built in the last 30 years. They’re built like shit and to the lowest standards.
Must’ve Costa fair bit to get that fixed
Thanks, that link gave me cancer.
I’m perpetually amazed at how house builders not only charge a fortune, but keep making the same mistakes, yet people buy them, at ever increasing prices, yet there’s never enough houses and house builders go bust.
The industry is staggeringly bad
Costa starting to use more gimmick marketing than Black Sheep
In a proper country the relavent offenders would be executed. We should be shooting the perpetrators of this kind of shoddy building.
So buys a new build, doesn’t think of getting a snagging inspector for like 400 quid, life’s hard at times
Why is his dadness relevant?
Having recently had new windows installed this does not surprise me at all. A lot of companies philosophy is to do the bare minimum and hope you say nothing. Then they’ll fight you to not complete things in the hope you will just give up.
When he bought his property Persimmon Directors were getting a share of 650 million in bonuses. I think around 2019 it would have been coming to an end. The top man Jeff Fairbairn got over 100 million in bonuses. If I remember correctly. They couldn’t give a fuck about the clients.
They were an absolute shit show. They were a multi million company but ran like a two bob outfit.
Don’t buy these shitey fucking houses.
For all the alleged regulations defining the quality of new housing the quality sure keeps going down every year whilst the cost never stops going up.
Are you sure there isn’t a duct behind that from the kitchen or toilet fan , the depths it’s sticking into the wall tells me the bottom of that cup is rammed into a cavity
Doesn’t even have a dejected photo of him pointing at the cup, why even bother writing an article
