Hi all, I want to know if someone uses these in their heaters and if it's safe to put this insulation film behind?

  1. Safe as in you’ll get mold behind those films for sure!

  2. That’s what they are for. The insulation is limited of course because it’s relative thin. But it will also reflect infra red radiation which would heat up the wall instead of your room. Bonus points if your radiator is in a nice where the wall is even thinner than everywhere else.

Good instructions for the installation because I assume you want to avoid dismantling the radiator: https://youtu.be/lXi1KO4XOZc?si=wWV_ljIOuKDr2aj5

  3. Yeah you loose something like 40% of your heat through external walls. These are by far the cheapest way to save money on heating and make your house warmer – if by heaters you mean radiators that is
