This was shared with Spencer and “a close group of personal friends”, teachers at the school of the Earl’s 11-year-old daughter Lady Charlotte Diana, and even her personal trainer.”

She is “seeking damages, an injunction to prevent further disclosures, and a full list of individuals who were allegedly told the sensitive information.”
I’m not familiar with UK law, so have no idea about her chance of winning the case.

Charles Spencer sure does have a pattern of behavior with women. He seems to idealize them, love bomb them and, discard them. There are not only his marriages but his broken engagements, too. Cat Jarman is in over her head. No doubt Charles has endorsed this lawsuit since he is going around peddling his new relationship to the media. He’s put his older kids through so much chaos and stress you would think he would want to spare his youngest child.
