    Apply for a visa, get a work contract, go to interview, all that before your flight

    Mexico is pretty sweet, my neighbor from college moved to Mexico City right after she graduated and has lived there since, at some point she became a Mexican citizen, she loves it there.

    Do people know that Americans also move to Mexico, not just vice versa? We are their largest immigrant group.

  37. Mexico is great! I can see why lots of Americans retire there. I went there recently and I’ll share a couple examples in American dollars. I took an uber across town in Puerto Vallarta for $4 and bought birth control over the counter for $7. A nice meal at a great restaurant is about $15-20.

    People are super friendly and kind and the food is amazing!
