I got my radio tax letter on 8th October. I am living in a WG and I got the beitragsnummer from one of my roommates today. I tried to register the option "Inform that someone is already paying for the apartment". It asked for the aktenzeichen and postal code of my residence. I gave the details but it is showing an error. I am attaching the letter and the website screenshot. I am giving the correct aktenzeichen and postal code but it is showing this error. Please help me with this, since I don't want to pay any fines. I would be extremely grateful for any help! If it helps, I got my anmeldung on 20th August 2024.

Call them, explain your situation, find a solution with them
These used to come with a paper form, does it not anymore? Use that if the website doesn’t work.
