Donald Trump, who has previously made deals with the mob, appears to be actively and openly pursuing more illegal emoluments and deals as he prepares to take office. Not shying away from cameras and a new sense of impunity, he’s rubbing it on everyone’s face.

1. Of course he is. That’s part of the game. He’s making sure we know he’s above the law.

2. If nothing is done to prosecute law, the law no longer functions.

   Trump has been positioned above and beyond the law and will act accordingly.

   The systems of the U.S State mean that the aristocracy and ruler face little to no consequences, as supposed laws are either little more than suggestions, or weak ‘shoulds’ based on outdated concepts such as norms, oaths or ethics.

   This is what the U.S is now. We’re about to witness the fall-out.

3. Well he’s trying to rub it in a bunch of his voters faces but they just think he’s waving at them and it’s the best day of their lives.
