
Hello, as title says, by ch employment law obligation, how many months should I give to my boss? For the following example:
A contract started mid-november 2023;
Letter received by the employer at November 2024.
How many months should I give before termination? 1 or 2 months?
Considering the following law;
For the first year of work – 1 Month;
For the second do ninth year of work – 2 Months.

check what you signed in the contract?
if nothing is stated there, then you follow what the law says. If in the contract it says e.g. 3 months then you need to give 3 months notice.
If you started 15/11/2023 and you are going to give month ended notice, that is notice starting 30/11/2024, you worked more than 1 year.
So there is a 2 months notice, if nothing is stritten in your contract.
By the time your notice is effective, would 12 months have passed?
What does your contract say regarding your notice period?
