Be more impressive if she introduced in London and then sat down at the BBC Look North desk.
“We now go to Alice with the sports. Alice?”
“Thanks, Alice! Looks like there was a bit of chicanery in the Premiership today; we’ll have more on that later. We’re now going to Alice with the weather. Alice?”
“Thanks, Alice! It’s looking a bit windy and wet at the moment across the Mendips and pretty much everywhere else. Now we go to local news. Alice?”
“Arrrr, a’roight, Alice? Everyfin’s gert lush ‘ere!”
I love this. This is the only reason I’d watch terrestrial TV.
And I thought my commute was a pain!
That was brilliant, but not quite as good as the time Jeremy Clarkson drove the Peel across the background of the live news feed, or as good as what I saw yesterday on itv; they did a segment on Jaguar, it’s new identity and the concept car they released. The reporter gave a brief but detailed and interesting report on Jaguar, their history and their plans going forward, followed by a casual interview with the secretary of the Jaguar Owners club, who wasn’t taken by the new design
Then it cut back to the anchor who was pissing himself laughing and struggled to close the program. Something tells me he isn’t sold on jags new image either!
When I’m scrolling on the toilet and hear the Teams meeting start chime from the study:

That’s brilliant. Reminds me of [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fxf75LxaGfI) which always makes me chuckle.
I’d have 100% tripped running onto that stage
