Hi All,

I’m hoping someone here can help me.

My Wife lived in Spain for a few years and speaks it near fluently and She likes the Spanish show “La que se avecina” and I would like to get Sat TV set up.

I have looked into Sat. TV and have pointed my dish at the correct satellite but all the channels from Spain are encrypted.

Originally we wanted to use the dish to get UK channels but we live too far away from UK spot signal and would need a much bigger dish to obtain these signals. So I would like to repurpose the dish to get Spanish TV.

Does anyone know to obtain these encrypted Spanish channels while living in Germany legally?

I’m not sure if I can just register with “Movistar+”, for example, and get the channels that show that particular tv series.

An alternative would be to find a decent streaming service that provides “La que se avecina” but I havent found any good ones and the site I did find wasn’t useful.

I understand [TV Mucho](https://tvmucho.com/) is hoping to provide Spanish TV in the future so that is something I’m keeping my eye on as an extra option.

If anyone has any experience with getting Spanish TV with TeleCinco for example and is willing to share how I would apricate it.

  1. If you can receive the channel’s signal in adequate signal strength you just need a Movistar subscription and a compatible sat receiver with a card slot for the respective card to decode the stream. The biggest issue might be that most domestic sat TV providers only accept customers with a bank account and post address from the provider’s country of origin. A workaround would be having friends of yours in Spain set up the contract in their name and address and just wire transfer the monthly subscription fee to them.
