Hi, I am going to move to Berlin in May 2022, and was looking for a studio apartment an came across [Savvy Apartments in Berlin.](https://www.savvy.de/?gclid=CjwKCAiAjoeRBhAJEiwAYY3nDDW1-3BZV8Rx5LekzHeEl7VOTujqqD4ySVIHIN97p1Sm2qf6_jfHehoC0jAQAvD_BwE)
I wanted to know if anybody has an Idea if they are legit and should I go ahead with this or stick to sites like Wunderflats for temporary accommodation initially?

Empty Instagram account. A website that until last December was [in parking mode from a previous owner](https://web.archive.org/web/20211201000000*/https://www.savvy.de).
If they exist, they’re brand new and may have no clue what they’re doing.
Those rents are [quite something](https://www.savvy.de/immobilien-ort/berlin/?post_type=immomakler_object&collapse=in&von-qm=0.00&bis-qm=23.00&von-kaltmiete=0.00&bis-kaltmiete=1880.00) too.
I have no experience with them, but their website broadly checks out, and, well, scammers would probably not give prices like that. 50 euros per square meter cold rent seems, lets say, on the high end for that region (though the apartments are furnished, so there is that).
