It’s a no-brainer – it absolutely should be listed. But this issue isn’t new; many experts have been advocating for it for years.
Here’s an interview with Prof. Dumanowski, a food historian, discussing the issue: [Polska Wigilia na liście UNESCO – mamy taką szansę](https://www.wprost.pl/tylko-u-nas/10036206/zaskakujacy-apel-historyka-polska-wigilia-na-liscie-unesco-mamy-taka-szanse.html). How is it different than any other? Only thing different is the date and some small traditions. Meals are constanly changing, so it can’t be considered tradition
Fat Thursday is the best and most unique Polish tradition. Only us can devour 20 pączęk, a tray of faworki and still think about getting some more.
How is christmas unique to Poland?
