It’s a meme sticker from the state baden württemberg.
They look quite nice and they used to be free (now it’s only shipping, which also used to be free), so people stuck a lot of them around. I got a few in my bag!
they give them out for free on their website, you only need to pay for the postage.
it was an advertising campaign for a state in germany but it has indeed become a kind of game of who can place/find these in the most absurd locations
Which one? Why don’t you crop the image so people know what you mean?
What does the cat one mean though? 🤔
I don’t see anyone that has mentioned it in the comments, but the writing says “nice here, but have you been in Baden-Württemberg?” (Baden-Württemberg is a state in Germany)

So putting it in some super picturesque amazing place makes the meme funnier
Am i alone in thinking this is an insanely arrogant advertising campaign? I live in BW and think it’s pompous as fuck.
It’s part of the by now iconic image campaign for the state of Baden-Württemberg.
The state government used it to promote tourism by plastering the slogan on billboards all over tourist destinations in other states.
Then they used the same slogan to attract workers.
And by that point it had become so cringe inducing that some people started putting up those stickers everywhere to take the piss.
