How do you increase nuclear power generation within a year? I mean the biofuels increase within a year is possible. But why is biofuels lumbed in with nuclear?

Keep in mind, Germany also has to be careful not to rely on the US for natural gas. The US continues to fund a violent war in Yemen, and the last thing Germany needs is US leverage over them.
Unfortunately Russia is not going to gradually lower their supply when we lower demand. If they know it’s over, they are going to stop immediately.
Gosh I always feel so salty knowing the fact Germany got fully on-board with the anti-nuclear propaganda and shut down almost all of its plants which were a clean and safe source of energy only to replace them with coal and gas, which of course came from the same people funding the propaganda – the Russians. And on top of that now Putin has used all that fossil fuel money to fund the military that is now destroying Ukraine.
