All the stats I see show that they keep losing vehicles. It also seems like no matter how many vehicles they lose there are always more. I would guess this is a recently built vehicle. They can’t build many tanks, but these are probably easier to build in car plants.
I wish there was targeting of the train logistics in Ruzzia and occupied Ukraine en mass that would dry up the pipeline.
