Crowds take to Paisley High Street to ‘Reclaim the Night’

1. Why would anyone in their right mind want to reclaim Paisley?

   I once saw a man in a wheelchair get lifted off a bus there for public masturbation. He proceeded to repeat the action at the three taxis he hailed and the eventual policewomen who ended up picking him up.
