That’s just 1 main road through a humongous pine forest with a couple of shops surrounded by a maze of detached house suburbia all over the hills. I live there and I still get lost if I don’t stick to the roads I know. Pretty easy to hide from the police I guess. We only have the local ones but they are more interested in fining people for not having a permit for a building skip…
