1. I sincerely doubt that countries will be able to reform neoliberal capitalism before their birth rates collapse, but props to those like Japan that at least attempt change.

2. Now the only thing left is weather people would accept it like I heard Japan got serious issues with boss not leaving I won’t either thing or whether companies would just not hire women.
