[OC] US Health Insurance Claim Denial Rates

   On a personal note, I am actually a type 1 diabetic and have had claims for my essential medications denied by United Health.

   Luckily, my doctor was able to appeal them, but the whole process caused significant delays and stress.

3. What’s the denial rate for lead poisoning?

4. Ugh. In grad school they wouldn’t pay for my mammogram because of my age, and then when I called them to dispute it, the phone rep yelled at me, saying they would NEVER deny covering something because of the patient’s age.

5. Has anyone else been in dark web message boards in the past 24 hours?

   This is not going to be the last assasination.

   If I were an exec whose made millions exploiting the death of thousands, I’d be very concerned today.

6. Guy was worth 41 million, built off the dead bodies from denied insurance claims.
