Why build it in Scotland when they’re probably pissing off soon?
Is there an actual rocket scientist in the house?
Given rockets have been traditionally launched from the equator, why the sudden desire to launch then from close to the North Pole?
Even when we previously had our own space program in the late 1960s, we launched from Australia.
Build it next to Sullem Voe terminal where the North sea oil & gas comes ashore. Spaceport / Shetland….what a totally nuts idea. Still, if they can get cruise ships to dock in Shetland for passengers to look at a few lumps of granite in the middle of field of mud…then I suppose everything is possible
