In collaboration with Hinitsa Bay Holdings, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has unveiled plans to transform a beachside property in Hinitsa Bay, Porto Heli, Greece, into a luxury resort and private residences. The new development, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli will offer views of the Argolic Gulf and the nearby island of Spetses.
The resort will occupy 185 acres of beachfront estate and boast 80 guest rooms and suites, 30 bungalows, and branded residential villas. Its prime location offers easy access to the beach, nearby town center, and walking trails. In addition, it will incorporate the services and amenities characteristic of Four Seasons.
Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development, Portfolio Management, and Residential at Four Seasons, expressed optimism about the project. He highlighted the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality, personalized experiences for guests and residents. Similarly, Paul Coulson, Chairman of Hinitsa Bay Holdings, commended the transformation of the Hinitsa Bay estate and its potential to enhance the appeal of the Porto Heli area.
The new Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli will offer various amenities to cater to a wide range of preferences. These include an extensive multi-sports center, gym, meeting spaces, and pools for adults, families, and children. Dining options include an all-day restaurant, beachfront dining, and a lobby lounge.
The spa within a 3.25-acre garden will prioritize tranquility and a connection with nature. The wellness space will feature over 18 treatment rooms, fitness facilities, a thermal suite with saunas, steam rooms, and a salt pool.
Porto Heli, originally a fishing village, is a sought-after summer destination known for its picturesque beaches, luxury villas, and vibrant nightlife. Its strategic location offers convenient access to nearby islands and historical sites, making it attractive for luxury tourism and real estate developments.
With connections to Athens, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Porto Heli will complement the company’s existing portfolio in Greece, which includes the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens and the upcoming Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, set to open in 2025.
