  4. Hi as a web developer, I have to point out that you require the visitor to click 3-4 times before they actually get to listen to the damn thing, don’t do that.

    Always link directly to the episode on your website and make sure you have the links to various different services on the website of the episode displayed. People are impatient and fickle and you’ll see a substantial drop off in traffic/listeners if you have them click through too much stuff.
