  1. He checked something (don’t know the first abbrevation). Couldn’t find a defect. The ground fault circuit interruptor activated but there is no reason to be found.

    basically he checked something, couldn’t find something broken and your fuse somehow got triggered and he couldn’t detect the reason

    DHE überprüft / checked boiler (DHE = Durchlauferhitzer = boiler)

    Kein defekt feststellbar / no malfunction found

    FI Schalter ausgelöst / tripped main fuse/circuit breaker

    Grund nicht feststellbar / cause unknown

    I guess the last bit is the technicians name.
