I think that in keeping RT as leader, the Tories are showing their true commitment to combatting rural unemployment, as no-one else would be stupid enough to hire him.
An underappreciated part of why Reform are polling well in Wales is because the Tories don’t even seem to be trying, allowing the right-wing vote to congregate around 1 party.
This bloke has been an absolute clown show for at least a decade. Seems incredible he’s still around.

TBF it’s not like they will ever win anyway, just there to slag off Labour both in Wales and nationally during FMQs.
How does he find time to write Dr Who *and* lead the Welsh Conservatives?

So nearly 50% of his own party don’t want him as leader, dead man walking
and he’s gone, at least the bbc are reporting that.
I’m calling it now …. Next Senedd led by Reform/Conservative Coalition …
