Speculative bullshit articles like this only serve to slow the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
This is encouraging, but ultimately matters only if the Ukrainians will be able to build on this development indefinitely so that they it will contribute with any other military advantage in decisively defeating the Russian hordes.
If the Ukrainians for whatever reason suffer a shortfall in the quality and/or quantity in artillery in the foreseeable future, they then run the real risk of reverting to an unsustainable disadvantage in this domain opposite the Russians, who are licking their chops to impose *their* “Final Solution” on the Ukrainians after over 300 years of trying since the days of Peter I.

I was misreading the title as “Ukraine with artillery on battlefield ‘significantly reduced'”. Fortunately it is Ruzzian that is reduced in power!
