I’m sure I remember reading news about planning permission being granted and then revoked following intelligence from other European intelligence agencies advising that Russia planned on expanding their spying abilities within the embassy. I think there was also speculation that they were using diplomatic cars to import equipment. Can’t seem to find the articles on this though, it must have been 2016/2017 this was talked about. Makes sense when you think about it, given how many MNCs we have here
