Yeah. This show was great. The dynamic between all of the characters was perfect
Yep. A firm fav in my house.
Fantastic series!
I loved it. I still use the “it’s six and a half inches, 7 if I tug on it” innuendo 😂
Yeah loved it!
The only Uncle I know has Lumbago
Nick Helm was great. The entire cast worked well for me.
It was brilliant, heartfelt and very funny! Glad they kept it tight to only a few seasons.
Brilliant show! I love Daisy Haggard so much. Another one of her shows Back to Life is also fantastic.
Never watched it but I remember seeing adverts for it
I enjoyed this but think I only watched the first series. Need to go back and finish it (/watch from the beginning to catch up first).
Whatever happened to nick helm? Man fallen off the planet!
Great show and Nick Helm is brilliant.
I went to one of his stand up shows once and he pulled a big bald bloke out of the audience to do a song about sex on a mattress with him.
After the song finished, the guy got up to go back to his seat and Nick forced him to lie back down on the mattress for the entire rest of the show lol
I was just belting out “No survivvvvooooorrrrrssss” about half an hour ago. Absolutely LOVED it and also amazed it’s not more well known considering Brett Goldstein was in it as well.
Absolutely loved this show. Made my partner watch it a couple of years after it aired and she loved it too.
A lot of people have never heard of this I binged it once and it was great.
One that I find people haven’t heard of is IDEAL with Johnny vegas I have seen it advertised on iplayer give it a watch proper crap tele.
Can’t remember how I found this now, may have been just flicking through iPlayer, it’s absolutely brilliant, loved it.
Awesome show. I was often brought near tears as it was quite emotional to watch the lovely bond between uncle and nephew. Plus it made me laugh a lot.
It was sooo good. Might have to go and watch it again. Where was it streaming?
I came in drunk one night and was scrolling through the channels and found this. It quickly became a favourite. It does seem that not many people have heard of it for some reason.
Uncle, and Bluestone 42 – two under appreciated classics.
In Uncle – the boy in it was too young for the swearing, so his face is never on camera when Andy swears – you only see the back of his head, which is his Mum, wearing a wig 🙂
That show was weird but Con O’Neil appeared and he’s a great actor especially in Chernobyl.
Absolutely! Nick Helm is my favourite comedian, I’ve seen him live many times and highly recommend seeing him if you get the chance.
I don’t like you! I like like you!
Val is amazing.
I loved it, and Nick Helm!
I was just post breakup when it came out, it really struck a note, and “No Survivors” was a great tune!
