Help! The blinds are possessed! (And it’s my fault)

Hey Amazing Redditors!

Does anyone know the make and model of this wall control? I’m trying to find a manual to program it. Currently it’s in possessed mode where it goes up and down when the ghosts initiate. (Meaning the time and date are off and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get it in the mode to update the date and time). 😂
