Good analysis to prevent the debacles of the past 10 years, while also affirming we can’t undo the damage of the past.
This framing is very smart as it gives the future government an excuse to their electorate as to why the three oldest reactors have to close.
What shes’s actually saying that the nuclear industry is keeping us hostage, because they will stop investing in security unless they get guaranteed market share in the future.
