2. Who says that there is nothing for kids to do in Kent?

4. They could have turned the empty store into a place where teenagers can hang out safely. Now she’s the criminal.

5. Oh of course. It’s always a conveniently un-nameable group of kids who do these things, and never at anyone’s behest. The kids get a slap on the wrist, the owners of the abandoned building whose only worth is in the insurance make their claim, and everyone carries on.

6. As a side note, why are so many empty Debenhams still hanging around? So many could’ve been turned into new stores and flats yet so many have been empty for 5ish years now.

7. Isn’t 12 the age of criminal responsibility seems like poor planning on her part
