  21. Even if Ukraine has no involvement with Syrian rebel forces, the fact that Ukraine very publicly develops and applies new tactics is a huge boon them. It is all but assured that Syrian rebels have spent the last three years studying Ukrainian warfare and are now applying the lessons they have learned. And in all likelyhood it won’t be the last war where Ukrainian lessons will be applied.
