Well, the Russians like to close the bridge after whatever happened.
Because of the daylight we can’t see whether light was switched off.
They do this so that the drones cannot see the bridge.
Logical, or? Radar? Who knows, they switch off the lights.
The propaganda from Moscow city has nothing.
