They said they all wouldn’t wear it, so it didn’t look like only the muslim was being hateful by saying no. That doesn’t make it better. Just because his belief would be classed as a hate crime if done by someone that isn’t religious, doesn’t mean you all need to go along with it.
I think it’s dumb that football teams get told to wear pro-LGBTQ jackets in the first place. Just let them play football, stop forcing them to virtue-signal about unrelated issues. What if the management was into some other issue, why not wear jackets about animal rights or homelessness or climate change?
