Did anyone apply for a Visitor visa (FA 600) to Australia for non-EU citizens from Germany and had to provide biometrics?

Hi all,
I submitted a visitor visa application to Australia as a non-EU citizen and got an automated email to provide personal identifiers (biometrics) for the visa. I checked the Australian embassy website in Germany for information and they DONT have a Biometrics Collection Center in Germany.

WHAT THE FUCK??

They say to go to Greece or France to submit this!? Did anyone else have to go through this? Is it possible to do it in Germany somehow?
Any tip will be appreciated.
