Orderflow.ch preorder question AMD

Hi All
I wanted to buy this AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU.
Sadly it's everywhere sold out. I found it at orderflow.ch.

The have a good price but it's preorder. And if they can't deliver within 6weeks I have to cancel and pay at least 2% of the price.

My question is, did anybody order this CPU there and received it
Or
Did anybody preordered something and they didn't delivered or had to cancel?
