Hi everyone,

I'm having an issue with a UPS delivery, and I need help figuring out what to do.

I live in Germany, and recently ordered a laptop from Lenovo!
UPS tracking says the package was delivered on Thursday means 2 days ago and marked as
"Delivered to Office."

However, they didn't provide an address for this "office" or leave any kind of notification or paper slip.

I've checked with my neighbors and building management, but no one seems to know where it is. Has anyone experienced something similar with UPS?

How can I find out where my package might have been delivered? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

  3. Yes. The location in the online tracking was very unclear. The note in my mailbox was folded tiny and left at the very front. And because my mailbox is the lowest and I basically have to lay on the floor to see or reach all the way to the front I didn’t find it for a while.

    I looked at the list of all ups shops in town and tried the most similar sounding one.

  4. They always deliver at my near by UPS packer station no matter how heavier the package is. I had to carry heavy boxes to my home multiple times

  6. Ups could have put it anywhere. I had an envelope shipped from the states to Germany. Waited the whole day. Got a delivery notification but nothing was delivered. They put the envelope in an in market postal box that was on the other side of the building.
