Last September, Czech Television (ČT) confirmed the country will take part in Eurovision 2025, with the song being selected internally.
Song submissions closed on the 30th of September 2024.
The country selected the artist and the song for Eurovision 2025 via an internal selection.
The selection was made with the involvement of an international jury, a national jury and Eurovision experts.
According to the official Eurovision Czechia page, we will get to know the artist who will represent Czechia in 5 days from now: December 11th, 2024.
Over the years, Czechia has used internal selection (like in 2015 – 2017), as well online selection (like in 2018 – 2020) and national final (like in 2022 – 2024).
Aiko represented Czechia at Eurovision 2024 with the song “Pedestal”.
