i was born and raised in a spicy food country, but lived the last 10 years in a few western countries. Trust me this is accurate. now when i go back to my spicy food country, i just cant handle the food and get sick constantly!
Bro in Greece we only use olive oil salt and oregano and still w.e. food tastes like solid water.
