It’s Late Thread [ 07 December 24 ]

1. Done sweet f all today. Barely browsed my phone even just lay in bed with cat n zoned out in my own world. It’s been great played couple old sum41 albums.

2. Just staying in and relaxing. I can’t drink for a bit as I had a dental implant put in a couple of days ago, and I’m on antibiotics to make sure it doesn’t get infected while the gum heals.

3. Just sat watching gogglebox after a few beers, eating an Asda pizza now, which by the way are the BEST pizzas 🍕

4. It’s bed time 🙂 

5. Just about to get into bed and watch an episode of Fallout

6. I read that as December 24th. My fucking brain froze. I couldn’t make sense of it.

   There’s a video I want to watch on YouTube, but for the life of me, I can’t remember what it was. It’s dancing around the edges, aggravating me no end, but no joy, I can’t remember.

7. There’s a power cut at home. I’ve come to work where’ there’s full power, heat etc.

   Result, you may think – but no! I’m really jealous of my partner who gets to sit in the warm combined light of a camping lamp and open fire. It was so cozy! They would prefer full power of course lol.

   We went out today, we had lunch in Centro Lounge (a chain, but really nice), then a bit of shopping, then hot chocolate in Coffee #1, then more shopping. I was totally knackered when I got home and went to bed for an hour.

   When I felt better, I thought to myself how ungrateful I was being. There are people who can’t get out and about at all, and even though I found today overwhelming at least I don’t have a lot of other problems.

8. Had a nice day out with some of the girls from my group. We had a laugh and a nice chat. I also tried a rum and coke for the first time today. It was surprisingly smooth and quite nice to sip on. Now, I’m in bed knackered while my cat demands my attention by scratching the radiator because she knows it annoys me 🙂
