Oh, A war criminal is angry because we don’t want to ship weapons to another war criminal, hilarious
The U.S. will look at a map and decide if they want to keep using the Med the probe is over.
>The notice said the commission had been informed on November 19 that Spain was denying port entry to ships, including those enrolled in the US-run Maritime Security Programme, which is supposed to afford vessels and their owners protection against “restrictive and discriminatory” licensing because their services are often used by the US military.
Before all the pro-Palestinians show up here. Spain broke free navigation clauses with the US. Hence the fine
And before the “Spain does not want to participate in the genocide of Arabs” thing, these ships docked in Morocco, an Arab country.
Israel gave Morocco a computer program to spy on Spanish politicians. We are right not to collaborate with them
“American warship, vete a la mierda”
Proud of my country in these moments
We really need to start to bulk up against the US as we are too weak to make our principles heard
Spain, thanks for having the balls. History will be brutally honest about countries complicit in supporting or whitewashing Israel’s crimes.
Love from Ireland for our Spanish siblings
Never been prouder to be Spanish.
Why is Spain supposed to care about that? Spain’s population and government are very much against Israel’s genocide. How is that the United States’ business?
They can stop in gibraltar or morocco.
Spain already has one of the lowest defence expenditures contributing only 1.3% of its GDP (2023 data) to NATO, far below the NATO’s 2% spending target. It is a country in a safe environment with no real threats to it in the 21st century and cannot possibly comprehend the need to fight in a defensive war.
Isn’t that breaching free trade agreements? Genuine question I am not an expert on Spanish American commercial relations
This is an article from the Jerusalem Post. The headline seems to be to be inflammatory. Let’s read it cautiously.
Europe, especially Germany, needs to get its head out of Israel’s ass.
Spain is doing the right thing. One of the few countries actually treating Israel as it should be treated.
Spain seems to be doing a lot of good things lately. It doesn’t go unnoticed. Spain should be proud of itself.
Spain is implementing a UN resolution that calls for not arming Israel (directly or indirectly), which means no wearpons through our ports.
These people then sell the rules-based world.
Oh oh, a post about Israel. Quick, somebody distract the mods!
We have to help the same guy we would have to arrest for war crimes.
