North Korean parliament to meet in January, two days after Trump’s inauguration

Legislative session will reportedly revise constitution, while expert suggests Kim Jong Un will also send message to US

North Korea’s rubber-stamp parliament will hold a major legislative meeting to revise the constitution just two days after Donald Trump’s inauguration, state media reported on Friday.

One expert told NK News that the timing of the Supreme People’s Assembly (SPA) session suggests leader Kim Jong Un will use the meeting to send messages to the new U.S. administration.
