  1. Not sure I understand. Please present your idea in the form of a musical number.

  2. If you’re trying to link rail investment to this I think you’re just clueless.

  3. What about us brain-dead slobs?

    …you’ll be given Translink jobs!

  4. It’ll never happen. Somehow back in the dark ages when there was no technology at all cities were able to put tram systems in at little expense. If they’d just left the trams instead of ‘progress’ we’d be sound.

  5. trams. belfast was built on trams, and its a no-brainer to bring them back. Half the big roads in the city were built wide enough to accommodate them

  6. Monorails are stupid compared to regular trains. I’d just stick with what we have rather than spend millions putting in a monorail that will be just as shite as the rest of the infrastructure

  7. “Is there a chance the track could bend?”
“Not on your life my catholic friend!” 🎶

  8. Or…. Or… And this might be a radical idea… Remember that places other than Belfast exist, and actually decentralise a bit.

  9. Wouldn’t work as people would just want to ride it for free.

  10. It put Moneyreagh, Katesbridge and Aghyanran on the map!
