Christmas gift help

Hello everyone
(I'm using English cus I don't what to write in 3 different languages sorry)

So I want to buy it like every year for my dad,

He loves them but doesn't have the money to buy them (we all keep our money separate)
For the last 2/3 years I haven't seen them in any stores and just can't find them anywhere 😭
I know very well he want them but online they only have 200g but I saved up and made sure I could buy more but sadly online I can't get it are there any stores in wilrijk / antwerpen or around it if I have to go to the other side of belgium I don't mind
