My cousin studied architecture there and it was a joy to visit. Obviously this photo isn’t the greatest, but it’s a nice place that I’d be happy to live in. The old town (Altstadt) has a lot of picturesque drinking holes where they serve the dark beer typical of that region. I am confused, is there annything special to see here? Looks depressing… Be careful not to dox yourself, nice view regardless Aachen one of the 12 original UNESCO world heritage sites and this is the photo you want to post? I’m still amazed this city never became one of the big political bastions throughout the Middle Ages. Bless you Ahhhh reminds me of getting hammered drunk biking around Berlin for two weeks.
