My therapist told me to watch Inside Out (she had small kids at the time and is a big Disney/Pixar fan).
I was like hell no, I am a grown ass childless adult, I am not watching a kids film.
Watched and bawled like a baby. It was so strange having a kids movie accurately and completely explain such complex feelings and what my mind was going through.
